Offering both classical yoga and now Calligraphy Yoga which combines the principals of tai chi, chi gong and yoga.
Simone offers a boutique style of Yoga offering personal attention to small groups. She is a member of YTAA and has been practicing Yoga for over 18 years, studying in Sydney, New Zealand and Melbourne and completed her Diploma of Yoga Teaching over 5 years ago. Her style of Yoga is Hatha but over the years she has been influenced by Iyengar, Desikarchar and more recently studying under Physiotherapist and renowned Yoga teacher, Simon Borg Oliver and Master Yang Zhen Hua, who has trained for more than 40 years in Chinese systems of martial arts and qigong, as well as Buddhism and Chinese philosophy.
Calligraphy Yoga is for anyone who wants to improve their physical health, strengthen their psychological resilience and cultivate their internal energetic reserves. It creates a natural body where movement becomes free-flowing, light, easy and intuitive( like art). The health of the body is profoundly influenced by Calligraphy Yoga, because it helps to restore natural balance. Movement becomes freer and looser as the body grows stronger and healthier, more balanced and in-tune with nature.

Simone is a qualified Remedial Masseuse and is acutely aware that everyone needs to move differently and according to their own body.
Classes are taught so that each individual is able to take each posture to their own limitation without feeling threatened by competition.
